As of the past few days, I am receiving the message, ‘no results found’ when I enter an email address in the search bar for completed documents. However, I can find the document if I scroll through the pages of completed files that are listed.  Why is this occurring all of the sudden?  It is making it difficult to recall signed files that I need to retrieve.

I am having the same issue. I try and search by email and documents aren’t showing up even though I know they are completed because the signer had a completed copy.

It looks like you’ve hit a potential issue. We’ve flagged it for our engineering team and they’re working to get to the root of it under ticket ID CSI-4049. We know bugs can be frustrating, and we’re really sorry for the hassle.

Here to provide an update. Our engineering team is still working on this actively. I saw a potential workaround that might help in the meantime. Other members reported that the search function works when the "All Time" filter is selected. Could you please test this?
