My client needs to change his signature, but it won't let him and is signing documents with a small 3/8" line instead of his name. How can he change it? He doesn't have an account with DocuSign and just signs documents I send him.

Hi

There is a new feature that will allow the signer to change the signature if you allow this. Now if your signer is saying that he cannot change his signature it would sound like they have an account with the signature stored so would need to access the account and update the signature.

You may need to log a ticket with support or contact your account manager to have the change signature option enabled on your account.
