My account got deleted and I cannot access support.

I had a Pro plan - downgraded it to Personal with the same email address.

 

Now I’m not able to log-in and only get information that the account does not exist.

 

Also, I cannot create a new account with the same address and only get an error.

 

Can the support please contact me?

I totally get how confusing it must be to suddenly see messages saying your account doesn’t exist. Don’t worry, we’ll get this sorted out together.

Can you tell me if you typed in your email and password manually? And have you tried logging in from a different device or resetting your password?
