First of all, it's important to clarify that Docusign does not recommend that two or more people share the same user account. First, because this directly impacts the generation of logs/access evidence, and also because the platform doesn't allow multiple accesses at the same time.

Regarding your questions, your signature adopted in the account can be changed at any time in your account. See this article Change your signature or adopt a custom signature (check subtopic "Change signature in account: Manage Profile") for more information.

Regarding the Seal, what exactly is the Seal you're referring to? As far as I know, both the Stamp field and the Electronic Seal Signature are paid features that are not included in the Personal and Standard plans purchased through the Docusign website.

Finally, you mentioned that you receive 5 to 10 envelopes and would like to know if the Personal plan would be sufficient. Docusign doesn't charge for envelopes received from other accounts, so anyone can sign envelopes for free. Docusign only charges for envelopes sent. It’s worth remembering that the Personal plan allows up to 5 envelopes per monthly cycle.
