Is there an option to add an additional email address to each email that is being sent to the signer? In my case, there are 4 signers, and I need to send the document to each signer in a specific routing order. However, I also need to send the email to another person who should have the ability to view all the emails sent to the signers.

You can use the ‘Receive a copy’ action


The "Receives a Copy" option can be used to add someone who needs to receive all emails sent during the signing process without affecting the signing order.
Recipients set as Receives a Copy (CC) can view, download, and print the documents but cannot sign or make any changes.
