Is there a way to edit recipient names or e-mail addresses? Or delete an incorrect address?

If you are the Sender of the envelope then you can Correct the envelope, which allows for Recipient name and email address correction or Recipient removal if that Recipient has not already taken an action. Also if a Recipient has "Allow to Edit" Recipient type they can make changes to the Recipients or Document. They are still restricted based on what actions already have taken place, such as they could not remove a Recipient if they already signed.

You indicated that we can correct the recipient email address but you did not give instruction to correct the email address>


@Robert Lan​ As the Sender you locate the envelope under your DocuSign Account > Manage > Sent folder. Select the dropdown to the right of that specific envelope and select "Correct". Make the appropriate changes, select Next then select Correct.
