Hello
When I upload a correctly filled CSV file in Docusign Bulk Send, many international language characters get unrecognized by the system and I need to retype / copy & paste each one of them - when doing a bulk send to dozens of recipients it can be a nightmare.
Any tip to avoid this happening? Is there some way to integrate special characters of different languages into the system so it recognizes them and does not mess up with repeated question marks symbols?
Thanks

The issue with special or international characters not displaying correctly usually happens when the CSV file used for Bulk Send isn’t saved in the proper text format. To fix this, please ensure your CSV file is saved using UTF-8 encoding. This format supports international characters and ensures DocuSign reads them correctly.
Here’s how you can do it:
If you’re using Excel: Go to File → Save As → CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (.csv).
If you’re using Google Sheets: Go to File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv) (Google Sheets automatically saves in UTF-8).
If you’re using a text editor: Choose Save As → Encoding: UTF-8
After saving in UTF-8, re-upload the file to DocuSign, and your special characters (like é, ñ, ü, etc.) should appear correctly.
