I’m looking to streamline the process of visitors signing a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement upon entering our offices for reasons I cannot disclose. There are days where we will have two to three people that we may or may not be aware of their names before they arrive. I’d like to be able to have them walk to the tablet where a blank form would be ready for them to read over. After reading, they would sign and date with their email/title. The date should be prefilled and a signature from one of our staff should be prefilled as well (with date, not sure on the legality of this or what is necessary to do so). Is there a way to do this within Docusign, if we don’t know who the person might be coming in? After hitting submit, it would be nice if it just reset to the blank template/web form or whatever it takes to make this happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @inkwell ,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

You can set up your template as a Powerform allowing you to use a URL repeatedly. This URL would generate a new envelope every time a new signer puts their information at the start of the form.

You may get additional information regarding this feature from this link:

Create and Use PowerForms
