Is it possible to start IDNow identification before an envelope is started?

Why would we need to start the IDNow video identification (create a wallet) before the signature process:

When someone starts an identification process, all others in the process are blocked (see here). The initital IDNow video identication can be a hassle. So it is very likely that someones starts the identification process, but will not finish it immediately. Using a route order will also take a long time, when video identification is involved.

So it would be very helpful to allow people initial IDNow identification (creating a wallet) independently from an envelope.
