When signing a document from our work corporate mail registered to the domain - documents cannot be signed because the following message appears - (Identification cannot be started. Another identification for this Envelope is in progress. Please try again shortly).

This sounds like you set up IDnow for multiple recipients at same level in the signature workflow, meaning two or more people have to identify themselves in the same routing order. It sounds like the recipient is blocked, as there is currently an identification with a different recipient of the envelope ongoing.

To prevent this from happening it is advised to set up a routing order and not assign recipients in parallel.
