I have been using Docusign since 2020. I always took the monthly standard deal and paid my monthly fee. DocuSign never charged me an additional amount other than my Monthly fee. This was until recently.

I was billed 200$ in March for envelops that exceeded my limit, a limit I wasn’t even aware of. After some research, I noted that Docusign changed its pricing model, and this explains why, instead of paying 65$ in March, it cost me 265$. 

I am still waiting for the customer support to contact me, but I wanted to know if someone is facing the same situation. It is very frustrating, and I really like Docusign. However, I can’t afford an increase of 400% of my monthly invoice. 

I will let you know what happens once I can speak with a customer support.
