i’ve got an extra signature box that wants me to sign again. How do I remove it from the document?

My Docusign is all signed but for some reason it thinks I haven’t signed and has a purple signature box where I am supposed to sign (I’ve already signed)on the document on top of another signer’s signature.  Probably and issue with my setup, I’m not really familiar with Docusign setup.  Can someone help me resolve the issue?

Heads up: We had to trash the screenshot you shared for your protection, as this is a public forum.From the screenshot,another signature field was placed above your completed signature.
