My Docusign is all signed but for some reason it thinks I haven’t signed and has a purple signature box where I am supposed to sign (I’ve already signed)on the document on top of another signer’s signature. Probably and issue with my setup, I’m not really familiar with Docusign setup. Can someone help me resolve the issue?

I understand you are already done signing, but the system still asks you to sign. Heads up: We had to trash the screenshot you shared for your protection, as this is a public forum. From the screenshot, another signature field was placed above your completed signature. Can you please contact the sender to correct the envelope and delete the Signature field? Article: Correct an Envelope
