I need checkboxes for all recipients
I am new to Docusign although I’ve used it for years I have never created a legal document only signed them. I created a document with many checkboxes it took quite a bit of time. There are many recipients. I was previewing the document before sending and realized that only the first recipient had the checkboxes that took so long to insert. I assumed I was creating a document for all recipients. I read that I can go into the admin section and select “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients" which applies the checkboxes to all senders. But when I go back to preview, I do not see them in all but only the first. Will Docusign apply this to all when sending or have I done something wrong. I cannot believe that the only way to accomplish this is to create a contract for each recipient. PLEASE help! Thanks in advance!
