I have been Charged by docusign even I canceled my subs.
Hello,
I cant open the case to get call back from Docsign customer service, because its requires me to have plan.
I have been charged by docsign even I canceled my plan since February.
Please help me how can I get my refund and contact with customer service ?

However, since you cannot create a case, the workaround is to use the bottom part of the page, which allows you to submit a case without logging in to your account. Link: Get Support > More support options > I can't access my account > Other issues.
