I have to go to court next week and I desperately need the Docusigns I’ve signed previously that are connected with my email address. However, when I log in I don’t see any connected, and I’m not sure why since I’ve signed several. Can someone send me the documents that have been sent to my email?  It’s an urgent matter and I’ve signed them so I feel like they should be mine to send to me 

Go to your Agreements tab and then find your Sent folder.  The default view is the last 6 months.  There’s a dropdown where you can change that to go as far back as your account existed.  

 You could also try to find the original emails in your email inbox and click through the links there.


That’s the problem. No agtreements come up at all. It says zero, and strangely enough and my luck, somehow all my emails from the year are in never never land, the ones I desperately need, and my server says they can’t get them back. I can’t see how my e mail isn’t attached to each Docusign I signed. 


You’re certain you’re using the same email that it was sent to?


I am. Ive had the same email for 17 years. I wish that was the answer :) 


If you switch your view in the Completed folder to go back to the year you need, do they show up?
