When I click support it asks me to login. When I login it says 'unable to log in’ if this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other login scenarios, contact docusign support for assistance. I click ‘contact docusign support’ and get stuck in a loop. I have been a customer for around 3 years now and this has always been the case since I created my account.
I tried to phone their office and spoke with an AI that said it could not connect me to a human and if I needed support I should go to support on their website.
No wonder this company has such a terrible trustpilot score.
If you would like to know my reason for contacting support, it is that when I signed up for Docusign it clearly stated that I had unlimited envelopes, as per the screenshot below:

I moved away from an existing solution for exactly this reason. I’m now suddenly being informed after nearly 3 years that I’ve run out of envelopes and will need to either buy another batch or pay per envelope. If I don’t hear back from DocuSign I will contact the small claims court in the UK as I find this despicable behaviour.
