When I click support it asks me to login. When I login it says 'unable to log in’ if this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other login scenarios, contact docusign support for assistance. I click ‘contact docusign support’ and get stuck in a loop. I have been a customer for around 3 years now and this has always been the case since I created my account.

I tried to phone their office and spoke with an AI that said it could not connect me to a human and if I needed support I should go to support on their website. 

No wonder this company has such a terrible trustpilot score.

 

If you would like to know my reason for contacting support, it is that when I signed up for Docusign it clearly stated that I had unlimited envelopes, as per the screenshot below:

 

I moved away from an existing solution for exactly this reason. I’m now suddenly being informed after nearly 3 years that I’ve run out of envelopes and will need to either buy another batch or pay per envelope. If I don’t hear back from DocuSign I will contact the small claims court in the UK as I find this despicable behaviour. 

Furthermore, I have tried to email ‘customersupport@docusign.com’ and got this response:

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We’re here to help where we can, but when it comes to billing or account changes, those requests must come from a Docusign account administrator. If that’s not you, we recommend checking with your company’s admin to get started.

Hi, 

I accidentally found myself signing up to docusign, after filling out a document from a company that does use your site. I have spent the last week trying to contact someone at docusign, to be taken off docusign as I don't and will never use this site but all the email addresses I use either don't work or just being ignored.  And like @willproctor, I tried to log in for customer support and wasn't allowed In. Even after resetting the password 2 time.

I want to speak to a person from docusign that can deal with this matter.
