I added a check box to a document and I'm getting this error when trying to send to member:

Page number not specified in tab element. Page number or anchor tabltem missing for tab

How can I fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your template, it seems like the template might be corrupted, please try the below troubleshooting.

Attempt making a copy of the template, and try removing the checkbox and re-add it. Try replacing the document. If the previous does not work, attempt to create the template from scratch.

If creating the template from scratch still causes the error, please create a case to have a Support agent work the issue with you in a live session.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
