I have always just clicked the docusign and worked perfect, now that i got an account when i click the document needing to be signed it does not pull up the document, just takes me to a page send new link or sign in. I sign in but no document that i can find

To see if I understood correctly, when you click a document to sign within Docusign directly but it does not take you to the document instead it asks you to sign in, is that correct? Does this happen if you try to open the document via your email address?
