If you want to remove or mask the sender’s name from the body of the email, you can do so using DocuSign’s Advanced Branding (sometimes called Custom Email Resource Files) on certain plans. This lets you edit the email templates (removing the ##SenderName## token or similar references). However, you cannot remove the “From” field in the email header itself, because it will still come from DocuSign, and in most cases, DocuSign includes some “sent on behalf of” information for compliance.

Hi @JohnSantos . Thank you. Do you have sample and step? We are not removing sender on email header.  just in the email body.
