For regular reports currently, there is no option for pull-up reports using a document custom field, however, we are implementing the Docusign Document Data Reports, this is a new collection of reports designed to empower users with the ability to delve deep into the data captured during the signing process. These reports offer a comprehensive overview of field-level data, allowing you to gain valuable insights into how recipients interact with your documents.

Our first Document Data report is the Web Forms Data Report. We will introduce additional reports in future releases.

If you have Docusign Retrieve, you’ll be able to download those Document Custom Fields. You can view the guide at Docusign Retrieve 4.3 in the Create Exports section.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

Thanks! The DocuSign Document Data Reports looks interesting. We have the Business Pro plan. Would we be able to make use of this feature with this plan? Regards, Salvador

Since a document custom field can’t be included in the report, how about one of the signer’s names that comes from the PowerForm? Thanks! Salvador

Document Custom Fields are usually included on Business Pro Corp Plan. I would suggest you to reach out to your Admin or Customer Support to double-check.

About including the Signer Name that comes from PowerForm, you can include the Envelope Subject Name on some reports, using the Merge Fields in your templates. Check this article for more information about it: Use Merge Fields in the Template Email Subject to Customize Envelopes
