How many users do we need to purchase?

Is it one license per recruitment person who is sending out contracts to employees? Or does a single license cover a set amount of users.How does this work?

​@mario.janevikEvery user that is sending document for signature need to be licensed. So yes,one license per recruitment person is required.As Alexandre already shared you should have a look which Docusign plan is the right to proceed based on your use cases and the number of documents to be send for signature.Docusign eSignature plans do have an allowance for how many envelopes can be send. There is no limitation in the IAM plans, which include unlimited web app sends.

For example, let’s suppose an user need to send a document to 5 signers.
