One of the members of our company account wants to change her email address that she uses to log into DocuSign and has her envelopes in. As an administrator, I cannot do this. How can she do it?

You’re going

Admin > Account > Users > Open her profile, can’t change her email

 

Instead, go

Admin > Organization > Users > Open her profile, change her email
