How do I request from the receiver to upload a copy of a drivers license and ssn card as part of an envelope template?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

You can use the attachment field, it is represented with a clipboard in the standard field menu, if you do not see it please contact your account admin if you are the account admin please create a case with DocuSign Support.

Thank you for your quick reply! I see the attachment field, but it seems as if it is a download only. Should I create a blank page in the envelope and add the attachment there or just on my very last document in the envelope?
