I'm going to use one more sub-account in docusign and I will migrate the user. In the old account users have customized shared access.

Is there a possibility for the user itself or for me as administrator to migrate the shared access of the user? Or have the user to configure the shared access from scratch in the new account?

To my knowledge, DocuSign treats each Account under an Organization as its own thing, and as such, there’s not a way to copy/paste the sharing structure you have set up.  You might be able to download Permission Profiles from one and upload them to another but that’s not exactly what you’re looking for.
