My detail tab is not filtering all of the data into my documents for my whole office. How do I change this on the admin side?

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to share access to envelopes in your account, but I will share the steps to set this up.

 

If you are looking to allow users in your account to view each other’s envelopes, you will need to add them to each other’s Shared Access Users list in Settings>Users>Actions>Manage Shared Access.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
