How do i cc another party when sending out documents

Best answer by Community Expert

In the New DocuSign Experience (NDSE), when sending, select the ADD RECIPIENT button to add a new recipient.  Change NEEDS TO SIGN to RECEIVES A COPY and then add your CC info for the new recipient.

Does NDSE only send the document  to the cc people after the document is completed by all parties? Today I got a cc after i clicked SEND and the client has not signed anything yet. I don't want documents going out to others unsigned. That could create confusion.

You can have it either way.  Check out the " Set signing order" option in NDSE sending.  If recipients exist at the same routing order number, DocuSign will notify them at the same time.  You can set the CC recipient with a higher routing order number to have DocuSign notify the CC recipient later.
