How do i add a shared user in DocuSign production account?

Can you confirm the type of plan you have?

To clarify, when you go to Admin > Users > and click on “Action” on the specific user, there is no “Manage Shared Access”, same as below?

100 envelopes, 1 seat per year

$300.00 per year (excluding tax)

This is what we see when choose 'shared access'. Gets a message error occurred while fetching user details

Thanks for getting back. I looked up the account, and it is currently a single-user account. That’s why you’re encountering the error. To set up Shared Access, you’ll need to add another user to the account.

Shared Access is a feature that allows one user to manage envelopes on behalf of another. 👉 Shared Access to Envelopes

There is no option to add user in the production account, I can add shared user in the development account of same email id.
