In my DocuSign developer account, i can see the option to add a shared user and manage shared access. However, in the DocuSign production account, i do not see the option available

Can you confirm the type of plan you have?
To clarify, when you go to Admin > Users > and click on “Action” on the specific user, there is no “Manage Shared Access”, same as below?

Thanks for getting back. I looked up the account, and it is currently a single-user account. That’s why you’re encountering the error. To set up Shared Access, you’ll need to add another user to the account.
Shared Access is a feature that allows one user to manage envelopes on behalf of another. Shared Access to Envelopes

There is no option to add user in the production account, I can add shared user in the development account of same email id.

Adding a new user in production requires purchasing an additional seat, which you’ll then allocate to them. While you can add multiple users to the demo environment, in production each additional users requires a paid seat.
