How come the "Docusigned By" comes up when someone signs a form?? Also...how do I get rid of the "DocuSign Envelope ID" up the top of the page??? Thanks!

The "DocuSigned by" and Envelope ID are both by design, and they can both be removed.

To remove the signature frame (aka. the "DocuSigned by") you would need your account admin to go to:

1. Settings
2. Signing Settings
3. Select the signature option without the frame: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=yqs1583277358930.html&_LANG=enus
4. Save

To remove the Envelope ID, you would need your account admin to go to:

1. Settings
2. Sending Settings
3. Select "Enable including the Envelope ID on the document" and unselect "Include Envelope ID by default": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=xgg1583277350154.html&_LANG=enus
4. Save
