The "DocuSigned by" and Envelope ID are both by design, and they can both be removed.

To remove the signature frame (aka. the "DocuSigned by") you would need your account admin to go to:

1. Settings
2. Signing Settings
3. Select the signature option without the frame: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=yqs1583277358930.html&_LANG=enus
4. Save

To remove the Envelope ID, you would need your account admin to go to:

1. Settings
2. Sending Settings
3. Select "Enable including the Envelope ID on the document" and unselect "Include Envelope ID by default": https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=xgg1583277350154.html&_LANG=enus
4. Save

While Nathaly provided a great answer to accomplish what you asked.  It may also be worth considering why these are included by default before making changes.

• The Envelope ID stamp allows people to associate documents to the transaction in DocuSign so that the history and certificate of completion can be found.  
• The “DocuSigned By:” frame around the signature may help provide confidence that their signature will be supported globally by the most trusted leader of electronic signatures and shows that the sender cares about their signer’s experience.
