I’ve been trying to use the Bulk Send feature in DocuSign, but I’m running into issues.
What I’ve done so far:

Created a template and ensured my Data Labels match the field names exactly.

Prepared a CSV file trying to follow DocuSign’s formatting guidelines.

Tried uploading the CSV for Bulk Send.
The problems I’m seeing:

Sometimes I get an error message telling me to “use Bulk Send Version 2.”

Other times I just get a generic error.
What I need help with:

Confirming that Bulk Send is fully enabled on my account.

Understanding the exact way to format the CSV for custom field mapping.

Clarifying any required settings for role names, Data Labels, and case sensitivity to ensure correct mapping.
If anyone has an example CSV that works or knows the specific formatting rules, that would be extremely helpful!
