Half way through a yearly subscription Docusign have removed authentication by SMS from my plan, which makes the business pro plan totally useless in my industry (legal).
Has anyone else dealt with massive changes to a plan they’ve already paid for?
I have sent so many emails and raised live chats, and ultimately I have been sent to ‘sales’ who have quoted a plan than costs four times as much. Its all very underhanded and I am wondering who else has been affected by this? For anyone researching using Docusign for their business as I did, consider I’ve lost pretty much a whole business day trying to resolve this, and the support is very sales based rather than trying to correct issue (reinstate the feature I’ve already paid for.
