I can’t find documents from any range of time that I’ve signed. I cannot get a hold of the original sender to resend the fully executed document. And I can’t find it anywhere, is there a way to access it?

Do you have a DocuSign account? Does your account is freemium plan? Do you have more than one account for your email?

You can access signed documents/envelopes from your Docusign account, if it was created at the end of or before signing the envelopes. If you don’t have a Docusign account you can only access the envelope via the personal link included in the Docusign emails.

As ​@Hengfeng Ge mentioned it may be that you have more than one Docusign account for your email address and looking at the wrong Docusign account.

I didn’t have an account at the time I signed the documents and I’ve created an account w the email used to send the docs, but there’s no record of past docs. My question is — is there a way to get all the past docs associated with my mail sent to me?


@Christopher.Alpizar I haven’t seen a solution that works or answers my question yet.

As ​@Michael.Rave said above (since you did not have an account at the time the emails were sent) “you can only access the envelope via the personal link included in the Docusign emails”.

Documents sent before account creation are not associated with the account.
