Email did not arrive

Hi,

This is likely a simple issue, but I have used DocuSign with others before and needed to create an agreement for my company, so I signed up. After creating the agreement and sending it out, I did not receive a copy (I checked my junk and spam folders). I’m unsure if the others on the list received it, as I even added myself as a recipient. What did I overlook? I apologize for the silly question.

@georgevct Firstly, check the the status in your envelope as @Drewcifer told. Have you added signing order for recipients? please create case with support team to confirm whether receive response code 250 from your mail server if the envelope is send to you.

Hi

On your Agreements tab, does the envelope show up in your Sent folder?

Currently, it’s in the sent folder and says, “Waiting for 2 others.” Myconcern is that I need to sign it as well, but I don’t see it in my email. I added myself as a recipient and didn’t get it either.

Is there anything else I should check?

George

Absolutely, it has my correct email address and all the relevant details, plus it clearly states that a signature is needed. The main concern, though, is I haven’t received the email yet, even though it shows it’s waiting for my signature. I’ve also gotten in touch with support and checked with my hosting company, and they’ve confirmed that there are no blocks on emails from DocuSign. So, it seems I’m missing some important information about this issue.

So your stauts is current : Needs to Sign?

Agreements > Sent Folder > Click into the envelope > Click “More” button (in the top left-ish of the screen) > Select “History”

That will show you the events on the envelope (so far), and you can see if the email was sent or not.

Also, if you sent the envelope with a signing order, invitations to sign will cascade as each recipient signs.  So if you were not in first signing position, you will not be invited to sign (emailed), until all the signers before you sign.  Enforcing the signing order is OFF by default, so unless you changed it before sending, then something else is happening.
