Edit my initials on my signature

Question

How do I edit my initials on my signature?  I have two choices only: Add or delete.  So I added the same signature, but the initials keep only using my First and last initial.  I'm trying to include my middle initial, which is on my signature as my official DBA.  Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi,Welcome to the DocuSign Support Community!How does your name appear on the document? With or without the signature? If the sender did not send the document with your middle initial in place, DocuSign isn't going to match your stored signature.You would need to contact the sender of the document and have them do an (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-correct-documents) Envelope Correction to update your name to match your preferred format.If you have further questions, please let us know.Thank you.DonnaDocuSign Support Community Moderator
