To confirm, are you currently having any issues updating the credit card information? Could you please attempt to update using this instruction: Update your payment information 
I saw your response from another post. Plans and Billing constantly reloading. We had a known issue with the plan and billing access, but it was already resolved. Let me know how that goes.
