Docusign charges people money but does NOT provide customer service. I tried for 5 days to reach a customer service either via phone, chat, email, any method. Non exists! How can you have a business that charges customers and take their money but not provide customer service. You do not have a phone number, you do no have a chat, if such a thing exists, you have made it impossible for people to find it, because I searched for 5 days and was never able to reach a customer service rep or email. I will never be purchasing a product or service from Docusign because you are INTENTIONALLY making sure no one can reach you. Why?!

We’re here to help where we can, but when it comes to billing or account changes, those requests need to come from a Docusign account administrator. If that’s not you, we recommend checking with your company’s admin to get started.

The issue is it is impossible to “open a support case” , therefore it is not possible to reach customer service. Only certain types of account can login to go to the next stage in the “open a support case”, eventhough I was a paid account, I could not go to the next stage.

The workaround is to submit a case without logging into your account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.

@Ma.Cubio I find lots of community members that can't find this link about how to open a case without login. Whether there are improvement measures, such as putting a robot chat, so that people in need of help can raise cases through chat without login, how to be more conspicuous, so that users can find it at a glance, this is still very important.

I can’t agree more with the people that say docusign is one of the companies that cares zero about customer service when it comes to billing and “opening a case” with hoops that do not work properly or conveniently. I will be leaving this service after many years. Cannot open a case because you have to go through an opaque process of “can’t access account” when that is not true?? Docusign: Spend a couple dollars on a link to email an issue, have a chat or even a voicemail to leave a message and get a callback if you have any concerns about having customer service or serving a “mission statement” that becomes meaningless.
