Do not have a Bulk mail link button!

I have a PAID e-signature Pro-Pan but there is no BUKK MAIL link button on my “recipients” section after adding my document. I can’t get any help from the BOT or on the phone. I am the administrator…….what is wrong with my settings? permissions? etc? Help!

You say it is available - but I do not see any link or field to upload my CSV file.
Is there someplace I need to change a setting for MTSELF to accomplish this? I am the Administrator not a user.

Have you done as the document told? It is default available with admin profile, but for sender should create a new profile with bulk send permission besides sender permission.

could you share the screenshot of your steps which told in the document?

I tried. It referenced “advanced edit” button on template document - I do not have “advanced edit” anywhere.

Could you click the button right of 'needs to sign' and expand the memu, then take a screenshot and share it.
