Hello!

I would like to know how to delete my free account: I tried following the steps you usually recommend but under the "Admin page->Billing and Usage" there is no "Edit plan" option.

Please refer to Step 6 in the article as it looks like a DocuSign Support case would be needed.

Individual account – Administrator – without the option to "Edit Plan" under Go to Admin | Billing:

Submit a support case with your request for processing account closures, plan changes, and refunds. 

The following information will be required in order to process your request:

  • Account number
  • Account administrators email address
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card number
  • Contact phone number
