Creating Templates

Hello - We are currently signed up to a trial and as a real estate agency often need to send terms out to clients. We send the same document repeatedly but have to manually enter in all the required and optional fields throughout the document each time. How do we set these documents up to automatically generate these fields and is this option limited because we are currently on a trial?

Templates let you pre-define all the fields (signatures, initials, names, text boxes, checkboxes, etc.) once and reuse them over and over.

Are you set up in a DocuSign Demo environment?  You can create and use templates there, then transfer them to your production account.
