Can someone explain why I received a contradictory language that states “All parties have completed Please DocuSign: RNA Dispute Resolution Program CE - JR. We have received a request from you to resend the document for signing. Please see below and review when you have a moment.”

The instructions state on one hand - “all parties have completed;” and on the other hand, it states, “please DocuSign;” and then states, “we have received a request from you to resend the document for signing.”

Could you share the history of this envelope?

Hi Jenny - I still need help. Can you provide an answer?

Many thanks,

Rebel

Hello @Rebel,

Thank you for replying. Rest assured that I will do my best to help you.

The message “We have received a request from you to resend the document for signing” might be a custom email message applied by the sender to the envelope. This custom email message from the original envelope will still appear on the Completed email notification as a message at the bottom.

Here’s a sample I created, and I applied a custom email message using the same message.

If you see “View Completed Document,” you can disregard the message at the bottom, as this means that the envelope has already been completed.

I hope this information helps. If you believe this response effectively addresses your question, please click “Select as Best” to help other users with similar questions, locate it more easily. Should you require any additional assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you!
