Hello @vishnu
For your reference, please see the article below.
Customize eSignature Emails Using the Email Resource File

Before you begin
Using resource files for branding must be enabled for your account. Contact your account team to make sure this option is enabled.
About this task:

This topic shows how to customize the text, colors, and branding in the emails sent from your eSignature account. These elements are controlled by the master Email Resource File (ERF). You download this file, edit the file, and then upload the modified file back to Docusign.

You can manage this same file through the Brands area that controls the signing experience, or the area that controls the sending experience. This topic shows how to manage the file through the area that controls the signing experience.

Your account can have multiple brands for the signing experience. Each brand has its own ERF.

Important: The resource files may change without notice. If you use customized resource files, review your email views with each new Docusign release.

  1. From the Docusign web application, select Settings.
  2. In the navigation panel on the left, under the ACCOUNT heading, select Brands.
  3. Download the master Email Resource File.
    1. Hover on the tile for the brand with the emails you want to change and select Edit. If the account does not have a brand yet, select ADD BRAND to create one.
A screenshot of the Brands page. The cursor is hovering over a brand tile and the Edit button displays.
    2. From the details page for the brand, select Resource Files.A screenshot of the details page for a brand. The Resource Files link at the bottom is highlighted.
    3. Under Select Resource File Type, select Email and then DOWNLOAD MASTER.
A screenshot of the Download Master Resource Files page.

The master ERF (DocuSign_EmailResource_8302771.xml) downloads to your device.

  4. Customize the code in the master ERF that you just downloaded.
  5. Upload the modified ERF back to Docusign.
    1. From the Resource Files page for the same brand, under Upload Custom Resource Files, select UPLOAD on the Email Resource File tile.
A screenshot of the Upload Custom Resource Files area highlighting the UPLOAD button on the Email Resource File tile.
    2. Browse to the modified file and select UPLOAD.

The system overwrites any ERF previously uploaded to the brand. Only the elements that differ from the master resource file are saved as your resource file. The information about who last uploaded the resource file and when displays below the Email Resource File tile.

  6. If you want to use this modified file for all sending-related emails, follow these steps:
    1. Return to the Brands home page.
    2. Select the Sending tab.
    3. Select Resource Files.
    4. From the Resource Files page, under Upload Custom Resource Files, select UPLOAD on the Email Resource File tile.
A screenshot of the Upload Custom Resource Files area.
    5. Browse to the modified file and select UPLOAD.
The system overwrites any ERF previously uploaded for the signing experience. Only the elements that differ from the master resource file are saved. The information about when and who last uploaded resource file displays below the Email Resource File tile.

Master resource files may change without notice. You should review your email views with each new Docusign release.

I hope this will help you.
