Cannot create a envelope for a Shared Template, "1 Active" status in Powerforms.

I have a Template in my Shared Template Folder that, when I select “USE” a message pops up saying I “cannot create an envelope from selected template. In the column marked “Powerforns” the template status is a “GREEN Dot” with “1Active” listed.   How do I remove “1 active” status?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.

If you see a green dot saying 1 active under the “Powerforms” column from the template, it means that a Powerform was created using that specific template by either the template creator or another user, and you may not be able to remove it from your end.

Regarding the error message, we recommend that you contact your Account admin to review your template and permissions.
