I have a back-up copy of a document that was signed on Docusign (saved locally). I only have one of several pages. When I go to my account at Docusign, there’s no record of it (even when I search using the envelope ID 😵 - any ideas on how I can find it?

Do you a recipient or a send? if you are recipient, the envelope is send in the recipient account. the envelope can’t view before you register the docusign account. So you can only find the envelope which received after you register the docusign account.
