Can't find a DocuSign Form (envelope). From a already sign tenant.

Question

I’m trying to find a Docusign form from a tenant, I can’t. The tenant said she sign it. But why can I not see it??

​@Primera Property ManagementDid you try searching for the name of the signeror the message header? Completed envelopes are shown in the order of their creation date (not most recently signed, but most recently created). Unfortunately there is no way to change the order in the display.If the document was created more than 6 months ago you may need to change that parameter (change “last 6months” to “last year” or some other useful date)You could also try looking for the email that notified you of the completion and follow the link.good luck!mr1
