Has DocuSign charged you after cancelling?
I cancelled my DocuSign subscription, disputed an unauthorised charge, and got a refund (after an unnecessary battle and headache, and only because Paypal got involved), only for them to try charging my card again months later.
After checking the community forums, it’s clear I’m not alone. I’m seeing multiple users reporting the same issue:

Charges after confirmed cancellation

No clear way to stop billing

Poor or non-existent support

Repeat unauthorised charges
I’m now exploring a possible class action due to what appears to be a systemic billing failure (or worse; predatory practices).

I’m gathering evidence to decide whether there are enough people who are affected by this and want to stop Docusign once and for all.
