I HAVE A BUSINESS PRO ACCOUNT.  I CANNOT ACCESS CREATE POWERFORM.  I GET LET TO A CONTINUOUS LOOP PAGE.  OR ALL THE DIRECTIONS SHOW A DROP DOWN, OR OPTION, THAT I DO NOT HAVE.  THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE AND NEED A SOLUTION.  

Hi ​@KDS —I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, and thank you for taking the time to share it. I completely understand how frustrating it is when things don’t work the way you expect, especially when you're trying to get work done.

Let’s tackle a few of the issue you raised:

  • Issue 1:  Can’t access the Create Powerform

PowerForms are created from a saved template. Only a single template can be referenced by the PowerForm. After you create a PowerForm you can change the associated template. The template must meet certain requirements. For more information about template requirements, see the Template Requirements for PowerForms topic.

Important: You must have PowerForm Administrator permission to create a PowerForm. If you can't follow the instructions in this section, check with your account administrator to see if you have the necessary permissions. For more information about setting user permissions, see Permissions Profiles topic.

The PowerForm creator is also the PowerForm sender and the sender of the envelopes generated by the form. The creator can change the sender to any other user on the account with the necessary permissions. The PowerForm sender has the PowerForm-generated envelopes in their account as sent items. The sender also receives email notifications when a PowerForm is complete. To learn more about changing the sender, see the Edit a PowerForm topic.

To create a PowerForm, you must have a completed template available for use. See the Create Templates topic for more information about preparing a template and the Template requirements topic to review template requirements.

 

If the above information didn’t resolve the issue, can you provide me with a screenshot of the error so we can check?

Sadly, this doesn’t help.  I would appreciate a call to solve this problem, it seems there are quite a few of your customers having this same problem.

I’m sorry that the issue is still unresolved. I understand that you need access to create a power form and want someone to call you.
I recommend that you create a support case, and you may choose callback as your preferred contact method so an expert can call you as soon as possible to help you resolve this matter.
 👉 Open a Support Case, go to this link, then scroll to the bottom of the page > I can't access my account > Other issues. This allows you to submit a case without logging in to an account.
