Hi

So I am currently operating on the Business Pro Account and need to make use of Bulk Sending . But the option does not appear at all. I have contacted support but I am not receiving any response. If anyone is able to tell me how to check the setting or enable Bulk sending please.

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

You can enable through settings, and I am also sharing the support article for bulk sending.

  1. Admin
  2. Signing and Sending Sending Settings
  3. Scroll down to “Recipient Roles” and click on the box next to "Enable bulk recipients"
  4. Save
