First, while there were no errors, can you please double-check the template and ensure that data fields are correctly mapped to the data you are importing? Kindly review the CSV data you're using for the import and confirm that the data is formatted correctly and the column header matches the field names in your Docusign template. If possible, please try sending a test envelope. I suggest downloading a brand new CSV and manually inputting the data. As for the in-progress envelopes, those can be corrected individually.
