Here is a question - Why does DocuSign think it is okay to charge someone’s card $266 without any warning that there is a bill coming due after 2 years?  This morning I logged into my account to change my subscription to monthly instead of annual because it is no longer necessary for me to maintain an annual account.  DocuSign charged me for the next year (amount not authorized) and changed my subscription starting next year.  This is NOT okay.  My annual subscription ran out as of today and as of today I would like to change the way I am billed.

I would like a full refund for the annual rate that, again, was not authorized and to immediately switch to a month-to-month plan or cancel. I have been a long-time user of DocuSign and would like to continue, however, I am very disturbed by the way this has been handled and by the lack of support for this matter.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
