Which recipient types receive reminder emails?  Do Carbon Copy recipients who are added at the beginning of the signing order receive the reminders?

 

Is there any difference between envelopes sent through the UI and envelopes sent through the API regarding the reminders?

DocuSign support recommends unchecking “I am a copy-only recipient” under Email Notifications.

All recipient types can receive reminders, potentially.

From my searching, yes, if you add your cc person to the front of the signing order, they will get notified about downstream events such as voids, cancellations, etc.

I don’t know about the API/UI question.

Thanks for answering.

They will be notifiied about voids/cancellations.  But will they receive a reminder if the signer doesn’t sign and automated reminders are set?
