I understand you'd like to know information about your account subscription before adding users and creating templates. Rest assured that I will make my best efforts to help you.
As an account administrator, here's how you can view subscriptions and add-ons from the account:
- In the Accounts view, select Plan and Billing.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- Select Purchased Products to view the quantity of products and add-ons purchased in your subscription.

Note: If you do not see the option, please get in touch with your Account Team or open a Docusign support case. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
